Cresa Named a Best Place to Work in Boston Business Journal's Annual Awards
Cresa Boston has once again been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ), marking the 18th year of this accolade. The firm, which operates within the small (50-99 employees) category, attended the awards event on June 13th.
In the past year, Cresa has implemented notable improvements, such as a flexible/unlimited paid time off policy and an expanded parental leave policy. Employees now also have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center. Additionally, an office expansion project is underway to provide more working and collaboration spaces.
Employees attribute their positive work experience to the company’s innovative leadership and collaborative work environment. Senior Vice President Reena Patel noted the value placed on employee contributions and the entrepreneurial spirit within the company.
Managing Principal Adam Subber emphasized the company's commitment to investing in tools, workplace features, and programs to support employees holistically. Recent office renovations at 280 Congress Street will feature new seating, collaboration areas, and event spaces, further enhancing the work environment.
