CRIT announces the availability of documents for its Combined General Meeting
CRIT shareholders are invited to the Combined General Meeting which will take place on June 7, 2024 at the Kyriad hotel in Saint-Ouen. The necessary documents for this meeting are available on the company website.
The preparatory documents have been published online in accordance with regulations and are accessible to shareholders on request, up to five days before the meeting. These conditions are specified in articles R.225-81 and R.225-83 of the Commercial Code.
