Critical Elements Lithium Corp. Secures Land Use Lease for Worker Camp
Critical Elements Lithium Corporation has corrected its earlier press release to clarify that it has received a land use lease for its worker camp, granted by Québec's Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts. The lease, part of the development strategy for the Rose Lithium-Tantalum project in Eeyou Istchee, Québec, covers a period of one year starting October 1, 2024, with automatic annual renewal.
This lease follows the acquisition of several other essential permits, including a mining lease obtained in September 2023 and infrastructure and tailing management facility leases granted in February 2024. The corporation aims to secure occupancy rights crucial for future mining operations, contingent on a strategic partnership and project financing.
In parallel, Critical Elements has a significant stake in Power Nickel, holding around 13 million shares and warrants, reflecting their interest in the Nisk property exploration success.
