Crossing of threshold by BlackRock in SOCIETE GENERALE
By letter dated July 19, 2024, the company BlackRock, Inc. announced that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights of SOCIETE GENERALE on July 18, 2024. This declaration concerns shares held on behalf of various clients and funds managed by BlackRock.
BlackRock now holds 44,866,647 shares, or 5.59% of the capital and 5.10% of the voting rights of SOCIETE GENERALE. This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of shares on the market and an increase in shares held as collateral.
