Crossing of threshold by Brasil Warrant Administraçao de Bens e Empresas
On October 8, 2024, Brasil Warrant Administraçao de Bens e Empresas (BWSA), a Brazilian company, crossed the threshold of 10% of the capital of ELIS. BWSA now holds 24,178,155 shares, or 10.26% of the capital and 9.04% of the company's voting rights. This acquisition was made on the market.
BWSA financed this transaction through the Kaon E fund, using only its own funds. The company is acting alone and does not intend to take control of ELIS. However, it could purchase more shares depending on the terms of the walk.
BWSA supports ELIS's current strategy and does not plan to seek additional representation on the Supervisory Board, where it is already represented by Mr. Alexis Martineau.
