Crossing of threshold for the company FORVIA

On June 24, 2024, the company Peugeot 18101 declared that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of FORVIA's voting rights. This declaration was submitted to the AMF, in accordance with article L. 233-7 of the commercial code.

Peugeot 18101, by letter received the same day, claimed to hold 6,110,494 shares in FORVIA, representing 12,059,942 voting rights. This corresponds to 3.10% of the capital and 5.34% of the voting rights of the company.

Crossing this threshold results from an allocation of double voting rights, thus increasing the influence of Peugeot 18101 in decision-making within FORVIA.

FORVIA, formerly known as FAURECIA, is listed on Euronext Paris. The calculation basis is based on a capital consisting of 197,089,340 shares with a total of 225,789,288 voting rights.
