Crossing of thresholds by Goldman Sachs in ALSTOM

On June 5, 2024, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. declared that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of ALSTOM's capital and voting rights. The company thus holds 5.57% of the shares and voting rights, or 21,419,753 shares.

This acquisition was made off-market. The group includes Goldman Sachs International, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, LP, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, and Goldman Sachs Asset Management International.

Goldman Sachs International also crossed these thresholds individually. The group indirectly holds 6,522,993 ALSTOM shares in various forms, including securities loans and options of different types.

In addition, an additional 12,553,657 shares are held under cash-settled call warrant and swap contracts, running until 2039.
