Crossing of thresholds by Goldman Sachs in Casino Guichard-Perrachon

On June 19, 2024, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. declared that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Casino Guichard-Perrachon.

This crossing, carried out on June 13, 2024 through its subsidiaries, brings their stake to 6.29% of the capital and 6.28% of the voting rights of the French company.

The distribution of shares is mainly made up of Goldman Sachs International with 6.22% of the capital. This excess results from an off-market acquisition and an increase in the number of shares held by assimilation.

Goldman Sachs also says it indirectly holds additional shares through securities lending and financial contracts.
