Crossing the threshold of the Strategic Equity Fund in the company BELIEVE
On June 12, 2024, BELIEVE received a declaration from the Strategic Participation Fund. The latter indicated that it had crossed downward, on June 10, 2024, the threshold of 5% of the company's voting rights.
This transfer concerns all 3,559,433 BELIEVE shares held by the Fund. It is part of a contribution to the simplified public purchase offer launched by Upbeat Bidco.
The Strategic Participation Fund, a specialized professional investment company, has now left the capital of BELIEVE.
