Crossing threshold at Publicis Groupe

The company BlackRock, Inc. announced that it had crossed the threshold of 5% of the capital of Publicis Groupe SA. On June 6, 2024, BlackRock held 12,774,486 shares of Publicis, representing 5.02% of the capital and 4.57% of the voting rights.

This operation results from acquisitions of shares on the market and an increase in shares held as collateral. This declaration was made within the framework of article L. 233-7 of the French commercial code.
