Crossing thresholds at CLARIANE
Morgan Stanley announced that it has crossed the thresholds of 5% of CLARIANE's capital and voting rights. This announcement followed an off-market acquisition of shares on September 18, 2024.
In total, Morgan Stanley indirectly holds 17,824,025 CLARIANE shares, representing 5.01% of the capital and voting rights. The subsidiary Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc specified that a portion of these shares is subject to a "right to recall" contract.
In addition, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc holds bonds convertible into shares: 302 with no maturity date and an additional 219 maturing in 2027. These elements are also taken into account in the holding of CLARIANE shares.
