Crossing Thresholds at Pernod Ricard

On April 2, 2025, Pernod Ricard announced that a group of shareholders had crossed several capital and voting rights thresholds. The shareholders, including Ms. Martina Gonzalez-Gallarza Granizo and her family, increased their stakes above the thresholds of 5%, 10%, 15% of the company's capital, and 20% of its voting rights.
This increase results from the liquidation of the estate of Mr. Rafael Gonzalez-Gallarza. This group of shareholders now holds 15.13% of the capital and 21.93% of the voting rights of Pernod Ricard, with a total of 38,159,571 shares and 66,410,940 voting rights.
At the same time, the existing concert did not cross any new thresholds but maintained similar stakes. These developments confirm the strong involvement of families in the dominant shareholding of Pernod Ricard.
