Crossing thresholds for Lectra SA

On June 13, 2024, EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Lectra SA, according to a declaration to the AMF received on June 19. This fund now holds 1,906,478 shares, or 5.03% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights.

This acquisition, made on the market, means that EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund individually owns a significant share of the company. Furthermore, the Spanish company Alantra EQMC Asset Management SGIIC, SA, which manages various funds, has not crossed any new threshold, but holds a total of 5.93% of the capital and 5.90% of the voting rights of Lectra SA.
