CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES vise une cotation sur OTCQX
CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES (CBI) a annoncé son intention d'être cotée sur le marché américain OTCQX. Cette opération n'inclut pas l'émission de nouvelles actions, les titres étant achetés par des teneurs de marché avant leur négociation aux États-Unis. Cette stratégie vise à accroître la visibilité de CBI auprès des investisseurs nord-américains, renforçant ainsi sa position sur le marché international. La cotation sur OTCQX permettra aux investisseurs américains d'acheter CBI dans un cadre simplifié, tout en respectant les obligations de cotation sur Euronext Growth Paris.
Le processus de cotation sur OTCQX devrait s'étaler sur 4 à 8 semaines. Cette initiative s'inscrit dans la stratégie ACE de CBI, cherchant à faciliter l'expansion internationale en acquérant des Bitcoins à un prix avantageux. CBI espère ainsi élargir sa base d'investisseurs et soutenir la valorisation de ses projets blockchain.
