CTS EVENTIM Achieves Historic EUR 2 Billion Revenue Milestone

CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA has achieved a significant milestone, breaking through the EUR 2 billion revenue barrier for the first time in a nine-month period during 2024. The company's consolidated revenue increased by 15.8% to EUR 2.027 billion, while adjusted EBITDA rose 12.1% to EUR 322.7 million. These achievements underscore CTS EVENTIM's continued stable growth amid challenging economic conditions.

The Ticketing segment experienced robust growth, with revenue climbing 22.9% to EUR 564.6 million. This growth was driven by a diverse portfolio of events and strategic acquisitions, including See Tickets, which contributed positively to overall performance.

Despite high cost pressures affecting the Live Entertainment segment, strategic developments such as the expansion of EVENTIM LIVE Group in Asia and major infrastructure projects continue to offer promising prospects for future growth. The executive board remains optimistic, expecting significant adjusted EBITDA growth by year-end 2024.
