CTS Eventim Achieves Record High Revenue and Earnings

CTS Eventim, a leading player in the ticketing and live entertainment sectors, reported record revenue and earnings for 2024. The company's revenue increased by 19.1% to EUR 2.809 billion, while adjusted EBITDA grew by 21.9% to EUR 542.2 million. This success is attributed to strong demand, effective international acquisitions, and enhanced synergies.

In the Ticketing segment, revenue rose to EUR 879.9 million. This growth was driven by strategic acquisitions, including See Tickets and market leaders in Chile and Peru. The Live Entertainment segment also performed well, with revenue reaching EUR 1.971 billion, supported by successful productions and concert tours.

In light of this performance, CTS plans to distribute a record dividend of EUR 1.66 per share. The outlook for 2025 suggests a moderate increase in revenue and EBITDA against stable economic conditions.
