CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA Reports Accelerated Growth in Q2 2024
CTS Eventim AG & Co. KGaA has reported significant growth in the second quarter of 2024. Consolidated revenue increased by 21.2% to EUR 793.6 million, showing a marked improvement over the 11.6% growth in the first quarter. Adjusted EBITDA for the group also grew by 23.3%, reaching EUR 110.0 million.
The company's ticketing segment saw revenue rise by 28.5% to EUR 175.2 million, with adjusted EBITDA up by 35.1% to EUR 73.4 million. Live Entertainment revenue grew by 19.7% to EUR 631.1 million, and adjusted EBITDA increased by 5.0% to EUR 36.6 million.
CEO Klaus-Peter Schulenberg attributed the positive performance to robust organic growth and successful acquisition strategies. The acquisition of the See Tickets group and its live entertainment activities contributed significantly to the figures.
