Custodian Property Income REIT Undertakes Share Buyback

Custodian Property Income REIT plc (LSE: CREI) announced a share buyback on 24 October 2025, acquiring 250,000 ordinary shares at 78.8 pence each. The total expenditure was £197,000, excluding additional costs. These shares will be held in treasury. This activity is part of a non-discretionary buyback programme initiated on 17 July 2025, managed by Deutsche Numis during closed periods.

Under this programme, Custodian has purchased 3,538,096 shares for £2.8 million. The average purchase cost per share was 78.1 pence, an 18.9% discount to the dividend-adjusted NAV per share. After this transaction, the company has 461,465,046 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
