Cyan AG Successfully Concludes Annual General Meeting 2024
Munich, 12 July 2024 – cyan AG, a provider of intelligent cybersecurity solutions, successfully held its 2024 Annual General Meeting today. All agenda items received strong approval from shareholders, with approximately 80% of the company's share capital represented.
Key resolutions included discharging the Management and Supervisory Boards, electing the auditor, creating new authorized capital, and making minor amendments to the Articles of Association. Additionally, the Supervisory Board Chairman, Alexander Singer, announced the extension of Markus Cserna's contract as CTO until the end of 2027.
