CYBERGUN announces new fundraising by ORNAN

CYBERGUN, leader in the field of recreational shooting, has formalized a raising of 0.5 million euros via the issuance of ORNAN, subscribed by the YA II PN, LTD fund, managed by Yorkville Advisors Global, LP. This operation brings the total raised through this financial method to 1.6 million euros, having already enabled the creation of nearly 225 million shares.

The funds obtained during this latest issue, in a net amount of 495,000 euros, will be mainly allocated to the optimization of State Guarantee Programs (PGE) and the strengthening of the working capital intended for the military activities of the 'business.

CYBERGUN also specified in its press release dated February 28, 2024 that these ORNAN issues do not require a prospectus validated by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), thus underlining an agile and rapid financing process. However, the company highlights the risks associated with such dilutive operations, particularly for existing shareholders.
