Validation of CALIBRE's financial transaction and strategic withdrawal of HBR Investment Group
CALIBRE, a major player in the shooting market, announced the unanimous approval of its financial plan by its shareholders and holders of BSA2022 warrants at the general meetings of November 18, 2025. The operation aims to buy back a portion of the exercised BSA2022 warrants, which could increase the company's cash flow by 0.89 million euros and reduce the potential dilution by 40%.
HBR Investment Group, a key shareholder in CALIBRE, plans to sell its 2022 warrants to investors, thereby facilitating the reconfiguration of the shareholding structure. HBR has also agreed to defer the repayment of certain bonds, stabilizing CALIBRE's financial situation. Hugo Brugière, representing CALIBRE, emphasized the need to prepare for a new cycle, with a greater focus on the defense sector.
