CYBERGUN: Information on voting rights and share capital
On June 20, 2024, CYBERGUN published data concerning the total number of voting rights and shares making up its share capital. This approach is in accordance with the requirements of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of May 31, 2024, the number of shares in the company stood at 422,732,774, with 432,563,953 theoretical and exercisable voting rights.
CYBERGUN specifies that, since January 2024, the ORABSA program has led to the monthly issuance of new securities. As of May 2024, 267,676,261 shares have been issued.
This press release also recalls the terms of financing in the form of ORA-BSA and ORNAN, as well as the risks for shareholders, particularly in terms of dilution and downward pressure on the share price.
