CYBERGUN plans to become CALIBRE

CYBERGUN has announced its intention to change its name to CALIBRE, symbolizing a significant transformation. This change is subject to shareholders' vote at the general meeting scheduled for January 6, 2025. This initiative follows the sale of its Civil division, dedicated to AirSoft, for €9.3 million. The process of divesting from its Civil B2C activity is still ongoing.

From now on, CYBERGUN will refocus on two divisions: ARKANIA, its Military & Defense sector, and VERNEY-CARRON, a French weapons manufacturer. A future press release will specify the schedule for changing the company's name and code on Euronext Growth, Paris.

Shareholders should be cautious about the risks of dilution and pressure on the share price caused by recent dilutive financings.
