CYBERGUN postpones the publication of its 2023 financial report

CYBERGUN has announced a postponement of the publication of its annual financial report for 2023. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2023, this publication has been postponed due to advanced discussions concerning the sale of the company's civil division. This delay is linked to additional assessments of assets in the context of potential transactions, which could significantly modify the financial structure of the company.

In detail, the company plans to sell all or part of its civil division, with a first offer valuing this sector at more than 10 MEUR. The revaluation of assets and ongoing discussions with other buyers require increased audit work. Furthermore, CYBERGUN recently published a turnover of 21.8 MEUR for the past year, up 38% compared to the previous year, but substantial depreciations will affect the group's final result.
