CYBERGUN terminates its bond issue contract without recourse to the final tranche
CYBERGUN has decided to terminate its ORNAN issuance contract with YA II PN, LTD. This contract, initially announced on February 28, 2024, was to enable the raising of 2.2 million euros in three tranches.
In the end, CYBERGUN only used the first two tranches, thus obtaining a gross amount of 1.65 million euros, or 1.54 million euros net. This decision highlights the company's ability to effectively manage its financing needs.
CYBERGUN thus confirms its ability to judiciously use the available financing tools, adapting as closely as possible to its needs.
