Cypher Metaverse Faces Disclosure Concerns Following Unauthorized Claims

Cypher Metaverse Inc. has addressed an incident involving unauthorized promotional content. The company had engaged Aktiencheck de AG for a short-term marketing campaign to update the market on its metaverse initiatives. However, misleading statements were released, inaccurately portraying imminent groundbreaking deals in the crypto sector.

Cypher has clarified that these claims were neither accurate nor sanctioned. Following requests from the CSE and BCSC, these statements were removed. The company admitted to not disclosing the marketing engagement properly and will ensure future promotional material complies with regulations.

The CSE informed Cypher that it does not meet listing requirements, but shares will resume trading under the symbol CODE.x.
