D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. Completes $250 Million IPO
D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. has announced the successful closure of its initial public offering, raising $250 million. The offering consisted of 25 million units priced at $10 each, now trading under the ticker symbol "BCARU" on the Nasdaq Global Market. Each unit includes one Class A ordinary share and a half redeemable warrant, allowing for the purchase of one share at $11.50 per whole warrant.
The company's underwriters have a 45-day option for an additional 3.75 million units, potentially increasing proceeds to $287.5 million. The funds aim to support mergers or acquisitions with targeted businesses, leveraging sectors like technology, healthcare, and logistics.
