Dalata Hotel Group Expands with Sixth London Hotel

Dalata Hotel Group PLC has announced a new 4-star Clayton hotel at 20 Old Broad Street in London. This development, slated for completion in the latter half of 2028 pending planning approval, will increase Dalata’s room count in London to 1,030 across six hotels. The new hotel will feature 154 rooms, a restaurant, bar, gym, and state-of-the-art heat pump technology targeting a BREEAM excellent accreditation.

Located less than five minutes from Liverpool Street and Bank Stations, the hotel will benefit from convenient transport links. Dalata will operate the hotel through a 25-year lease with rent reviews tied to the Consumer Price Index. This venture underscores Dalata's strategy to expand in key business hubs. Shane Casserly, Deputy CEO, emphasized London's role in their Vision 2030 growth strategy.
