Dalata Hotel Group Sells Clayton Whites Hotel for €21 Million

Dalata Hotel Group, Ireland's largest hotel operator, announced the sale of Clayton Whites Hotel Wexford to Neville Hotels for €21 million. The transaction follows the company's strategy to return most of the net proceeds from this and the Maldron Hotel Wexford sale to shareholders through a share buyback program.

The Clayton Whites Hotel Wexford, which has a strong performance record and experienced management, will transfer to Neville Hotels. Dalata assured a seamless transition process, engaging employees for support.

CEO Dermot Crowley expressed gratitude for the team's dedication and affirmed confidence in the hotel's continued success under Neville Hotels. The transaction is expected to conclude in January 2025, with Savills advising Dalata in the process.
