Damartex sells Afibel to the CTFI group in a refocusing strategy

Damartex, a notable player in the senior distribution sector, has formalized the sale of its brand specializing in plus size fashion, Afibel, to the CTFI group. The CTFI group, renowned for its expertise in the production and marketing of personal and domestic equipment, welcomes a complementary brand to its portfolio.

This transaction aligns with Damartex's strategic plan "Dare. Act. Impact. 2026", aimed at optimizing its investments in key brands. The operation also guarantees the maintenance of employment at the Villeneuve d'Ascq site and received approval from the Commercial Court of Lille Métropole on February 14, 2024. The management of both groups expressed their satisfaction with this acquisition. , highlighting opportunities for growth and mutual development.
