Damartex Share Buyback Program Unveiled
Damartex, a major player in senior distribution in Europe, announces a share buyback program. This program, pending approval at the general meeting on November 21, 2024, authorizes the company to buy back up to 1.5% of its outstanding shares. Each share may be repurchased at a maximum price of 15 euros, with a total amount of the program capped at 500,000 euros.
The buybacks may be carried out by various means, including the acquisition of blocks of shares. The objective is in particular to ensure the animation of the secondary market, to retain and possibly reuse the shares for merger or external growth operations, and to cover stock option plans for employees. This program will extend over 18 months, until May 20, 2026.
