Dassault Aviation Reduces Capital by Cancelling Treasury Shares

Dassault Aviation announced a capital reduction through the cancellation of 198,527 treasury shares. On March 4, 2025, its Board of directors approved this move, representing 0.25% of the company's share capital, following authorization from the Combined General Meeting on May 16, 2024.
The capital reduction became effective on March 7, 2025. The French aerospace company now has a share capital of 62,717,627.20 euros, divided into 78,397,034 shares at 0.80 euro per share, all fully paid. The impact on the company's shareholding structure is minimal.
