DATA MODUL AG Reports Q1 2025 Decline in Sales and Earnings
DATA MODUL AG announced a decline in sales and earnings during Q1 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. The company's EBIT dropped to EUR -1.9 million, a significant 146.3% decrease from EUR 4.1 million the previous year. Group sales also fell by approximately 14.3%, amounting to EUR 54.4 million against EUR 63.5 million in Q1 2024.
Despite these declines, bookings rose by about 4.4% to EUR 52.5 million, compared to EUR 50.3 million in the previous year. The decline is attributed to ongoing market challenges, competitive pressure from Asia, and one-off expenses. Definitive figures will be released on May 8, 2025.
