This company has exceeded 5% of DBV's capital and voting rights, reaching 9.33% with a stake of 13,857,462 shares. This move is part of a capital increase by DBV Technologies, completed on October 8, 2025.
Invus Public Equities reports that it owns 2,319,002 of the shares it has disclosed through contracts for differences (CFDs) maturing in 2035. This strategy reflects a long-term investment approach with a cash settlement at term.
