Declaration of CCI transactions carried out by Crédit Agricole Toulouse

Crédit Agricole de Toulouse has published its weekly statement on transactions of its Cooperative Investment Certificates (CCI) for the period from August 26 to 30, 2024. This communication is part of the CCI buyback program authorized by the General Meeting of March 28, 2024.

During this period, the company repurchased a total of 354 shares on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR), at a daily weighted average price varying between 62.596 and 65.029 euros per share.

All transactions were executed by the brokerage firm Kepler Cheuvreux SA on behalf of Crédit Agricole Toulouse. The objective of these repurchases is the cancellation of the repurchased CCIs.

The repurchase and cancellation of these certificates aims to optimize the company's capital structure. This type of program is common for financial institutions seeking to better manage their equity.
