Declaration of transactions in own shares by SCBSM
Paris, September 6, 2024 – Real estate company SCBSM, listed on Euronext Paris, has published the details of its recent share buyback operations. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The press release details the transactions carried out between July 30 and August 19, 2024. During this period, SCBSM repurchased a total of 436 shares. The share acquisition prices ranged from €8 to €8.5. The largest repurchases were recorded on August 19, with 155 shares acquired at a price of €8.1 per share. All these transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR).
