Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares of Eagle Football Group
Paris, July 9, 2024, Eagle Football Group published a press release concerning its transactions in treasury shares carried out between June 10 and 14, 2024. These operations are part of its share buyback program.
During this period, the company repurchased a total of 1,762 shares at a weighted average price of 2.17 euros per share. Daily transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market.
The details of share volumes and average prices per day are as follows: on June 10, 212 shares at 2.17472 euros; on June 11, 300 shares at 2.19 euros; on June 12, 456 shares at 2.16439 euros; on June 13, 357 shares at 2.167 euros; and on June 14, 437 shares at 2.15886 euros.
The company, listed on Euronext Paris compartment C, is included in the CAC All-Share and CAC Consumer Discretionary indices.
