Declaration of voting rights as of July 31, 2024 by the company BOIRON

On August 7, 2024, the company BOIRON published the figures relating to the number of shares making up its capital and the total number of voting rights as of July 31, 2024.

According to articles L. 233-8 II of the commercial code and 223-16 of the AMF general regulations:

The total number of shares making up the capital is 17,545,408. The gross total of voting rights is 17,687,852. The net total of voting rights, after deduction of treasury shares, is of 17,504,719.
