Deezer to Transfer Listing to General Segment of Euronext Paris

Deezer, the global music streaming service, announced its Board of Directors' decision to transfer all ordinary shares from the professional segment to the general segment of Euronext Paris. This decision, subject to applicable regulations, follows an authorization given during the company's annual general meeting on June 13, 2024.

The transfer involves reallocating 120,000 ordinary shares initially allocated to a liquidity agreement to a public offering in France. This offer will be at a fixed price of €1.66 per ordinary share. The transition is expected to be effective on July 8, 2024, pending settlement and delivery of the shares sold in the offering.

The French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) approved the prospectus for this offering on June 28, 2024. The offering will open on July 1, 2024, and close on July 3, 2024. Results of the offering and the expected transfer date will be announced on July 4, 2024.

Further details can be found on Deezer’s and AMF’s websites, and at Deezer’s registered office in Paris.
