Delay in Publication of Sirius Media's Annual Accounts
Sirius Media Group, an audiovisual production company, has announced the postponement of the publication of its annual accounts and financial report for 2024. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2025, this publication has been postponed due to ongoing discussions on the renegotiation of its debt.
The new planned date for the publication of financial documents is May 15, 2025, after market close. A webinar will be held on May 27, 2025, to discuss the 2024 annual results and the group's future outlook.
Sirius Media, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, is seeking to strengthen its position in the sector in France and Europe through its multiple collaborations.
