Delisting of Lalique Group Shares from SIX Swiss Exchange on 4 September 2024

Lalique Group SA has confirmed the delisting of its shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange, effective 4 September 2024. The delisting follows the successful closure of a public tender offer made by Silvio Denz, which concluded on 19 July 2024. The tender offer excluded shareholders with non-tender agreements.

The application for delisting was submitted on 29 July 2024 and approved by SIX Exchange Regulation on 27 August 2024. Consequently, 3 September 2024 will mark the last trading day for Lalique Group shares on the exchange.

Lalique Group is renowned for its luxury goods, including perfumes, cosmetics, crystal, jewellery, and high-end furnishings. The company, founded in 2000 and headquartered in Zurich, employs around 810 staff. The Lalique brand itself dates back to 1888, founded by master glassmaker René Lalique in Paris.
