Delisting of New Work SE Shares from Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 26 August 2024
Hamburg, 23 August 2024 – The Frankfurt Stock Exchange has decided to revoke the admission of New Work SE shares (ISIN: DE000NWRK013) to the regulated market and the segment with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard) effective as of 26 August 2024.
This decision follows a request made by New Work SE, and the resolution was published on 21 August 2024. As a result, New Work SE shares will no longer be tradable on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange from 26 August 2024.
The public delisting tender offer by Burda Digital SE to New Work SE shareholders, which was published on 15 July 2024, will also end on the same date.
