Delivery Hero Announces Marie-Anne Popp as Interim Chief Financial Officer

Delivery Hero SE, the global local delivery platform leader, has appointed Marie-Anne Popp as interim Chief Financial Officer starting July 1st, 2024. The current CFO, Emmanuel Thomassin, is stepping down immediately to pursue a different professional opportunity. He will serve as an advisor until the end of September, temporarily reducing the management board to two members.

Marie-Anne Popp, currently the Senior Vice President of Finance, brings a wealth of experience in financial and business strategy. Prior to joining Delivery Hero, she held senior roles at Adidas and General Electric. Popp holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Economics from ESCP Business School.

As interim CFO, Popp will oversee the company's Finance function. Delivery Hero has credited her with optimizing financial processes and implementing systems to support growth and efficiency. She will report directly to CEO Niklas Östberg.
