Delivery of the AQUARELIA Senior Services Residence in La Garde
UNITI and SAGEM announce the delivery of the new AQUARELIA Senior Services Residence (RSS) located in La Garde (83). This project won the Innovapresse 2024 Prize in the “Senior Residence” category.
This residence, located in the city center, offers 102 apartments over 3,560 m². An independent medical center and a pharmacy on the ground floor complete the offer. The construction complies with quality and energy performance standards with BEE and E+C- certifications.
The project, initiated on May 31, 2022, required the collaboration of UNITI, SAGEM, OFI Invest Real Estate SGP and AQUARELIA. The accommodations are operated by AQUARELIA, manager of RSS for 30 years, offering an affordable service model.
