DEMIRE Leases 1,000 m² to StudiumPlus University in Bad Vilbel
On August 8, 2024, DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG announced a ten-year lease agreement with Stadtwerke Bad Vilbel. This agreement facilitates the occupation of approximately 1,000 m² of space by StudiumPlus, the dual study program by Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM) University of Applied Sciences and CompetenceCenter Duale Hochschulstudien - StudiumPlus e.V. (CCD).
The property, located in Bad Vilbel, offers a total rental area of 27,600 m². It boasts excellent accessibility through public transportation and the B3 federal road. StudiumPlus is recognized as the largest provider of dual study programs in Hesse, underscoring the significance of this new leasing contract for both entities.
