Deutsche Rohstoff AG: Expansion and Increased Revenue Projections for 2026
First Berlin Equity Research GmbH has updated its analysis of Deutsche Rohstoff AG, maintaining its "Buy" recommendation and raising the price target from €105 to €115. The revision is driven by stronger than anticipated production from new wells, leading to the expansion of the 2026 drilling program from 26 to 32 wells. As a result, capital expenditure (CAPEX) for 2026 is forecasted at €310m-€330m, a 42% increase from the previous €220m-€230m estimate.
Production guidance for 2026 has been adjusted upwards by 10%, with daily output expected to reach 18,500-20,000 boepd. Additionally, the revenue forecast has been increased by 15% to €300m-€320m, reflecting a higher yield of valuable oil over gas from new wells.
An impairment of €15m in Colorado due to higher operational costs and lower production volumes will be evident in the H1/26 results. The focus has now shifted to Wyoming, which accounted for 82% of the company's oil and gas output by volume in 2025.
