Dextrain HomeRehab: New Era in Manual Dexterity Rehabilitation

On April 16, 2024 in Paris, Dextrain, a subsidiary of the Medtech division of the ARCHOS group, announced the launch of HomeRehab, its new device for the rehabilitation of manual dexterity at home. Designed to help people suffering from motor deficits following a stroke, this equipment uses innovative force sensors allowing precise training of each finger.

The HomeRehab is characterized by its ergonomics and ease of use, offering patients the possibility of training independently at home. The device allows real-time monitoring of progress thanks to the integration of biofeedback and adapted therapeutic games. It is also equipped with artificial intelligence to personalize training sessions according to the patient's progress and goals.

The device received the Rééduca Innov' prize in 2023, demonstrating the acceptance and interest of health professionals in this technology. HomeRehab will be available to clinical partners and select patients in the coming weeks.
