Dexus Finance Appoints KPMG as New Auditor

Dexus Finance Pty Limited has announced the appointment of KPMG as the new auditor for its registered managed investment schemes. This appointment is effective for the financial year starting on July 1, 2024, following approval from security holders at the recent Annual General Meeting and consent from the Australian Securities & Investments Commission for PricewaterhouseCoopers' resignation.

The decision to switch auditors comes after a formal tender process overseen by the Board Audit Committee. KPMG will now oversee the Dexus Property Trust and Dexus Operations Trust. Brett Cameron, Dexus’s General Counsel and Company Secretary, authorized the release of this information.
