DFV Deutsche Familienversicherung AG Announces Delisting from Frankfurt Stock Exchange
DFV Deutsche Familienversicherung AG has decided to delist its shares from the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This decision was made by the company's Management Board as part of a strategic move to streamline operations. The company has entered into a delisting agreement with Haron Holding S.A., based in Luxembourg.
As per the agreement, Haron Holding will offer a voluntary public takeover and delisting offer to acquire all shares of DFV Deutsche Familienversicherung AG. The offered cash consideration is expected to be €6.60 per share. However, if the minimum price determined by regulatory authorities exceeds this amount, the final offer price will match the stipulated minimum price.
Shareholders will have the opportunity to tender their shares at this price during the delisting process. The execution of this plan marks a significant shift in the company's market presence.
