Diamcor Completes $2,006,300 Financing
Diamcor Mining Inc. (TSXV:DMI)(OTCQB:DMIFF)(FRA:DC3A), based in Kelowna, BC, has announced the closing of the second and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising CND$600,300. Combined with the first tranche closed on June 4, 2024, the total financing amounts to CND$2,006,300. Existing insiders, management, and larger shareholders committed a total of CND$1,375,000 to this offering.
The company will issue 40,126,000 units at CND $0.05 per unit. Each unit includes one Class "A" Common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. These warrants allow the holder to acquire an additional Class "A" Common share at CND $0.075 within 36 months.
Proceeds will support the ongoing Krone-Endora at Venetia Project, including current work programs, drilling, bulk sampling efforts, potential acquisitions for growth, and general corporate purposes. Diamcor is also continuing discussions with financiers for additional funding scenarios to enhance shareholder value and growth.
Regulatory approval from the TSX Venture Exchange is required for all private placements, and securities are subject to a four-month plus one-day hold period.
